This exclusive rural hotel was artisanally restored, preserving all its spirit and personality. Each stone was numbered, the Arab tile was reconstructed, and the three typical chimneys of the Aragonese Pyrenees were rebuilt, all of them with “witch scarers” which, according to tradition, prevented the entry of evil spirits.
The wood and the doors of the rooms are hand-carved with decorative motifs related to the sun. And we must mention the unusual 8-meter tall holly tree that has guarded the north facade for over 100 years, which we care for with great affection.

An artist from Huesca named Vicente Garcia left his mark on the world of art with his modern sculptures. His sculptures can be found in El Acebo de Casa Muria in the external spaces of the hotel and in the reception area. They serve to reinforce the atmosphere of pleasant harmony between the building’s architectural elements both old and new. The living room on the ground floor was originally a space used for animal husbandry, but today it is decorated in earthy tones, fluffy armchairs, and a fireplace.
